Noah

This is baby Noah James Hobson who was born with full Trisomy 13. He arrived early at 33 weeks on 01 September 2016 and fought so hard that he survived for an amazing 53 minutes due to having many abnormalities including hypo-plastic left heart syndrome, a cyst on his lung and an underdeveloped brain with a cyst.

He has two amazing big brothers called Riley and Finley who loved him very much.

We all miss him so much but are so grateful that he fought so hard to meet us all.
