TeensPLUS at Home
Activity challenges for young people to do at home. For people with disabilities aged between 13 and 25.
TinySuperheroes
TinySuperheroes makes capes for children with disabilities. They also operate a ‘Mission Program’ with monthly challenges for children based around themes such as ‘gratitude’, ‘empathy’ and ‘play’. These activities can be completed at home, and once they are done, the child will receive a badge which can be sewn on their cape. There is a cost to get the cape and take part in the activities.
Yogability
There are a few Yogability videos on the PAMIS website. These videos demonstrate yoga techniques incorporating sensory activities. The Yogability website does not appear to be active.

Music, art, drama and dance lessons for children with and without disabilities. Based in Wembley.
Born to Perform
Performing arts sessions for those aged 3 upwards. Saturday mornings in Northampton.
F Sharp Music
Provides 1:1 and group session for children, young people and adults with disabilities in Scotland
Music Man Project
Supporting musical education and performance for children and adults with learning disabilities, with regional projects in England and a session in Kilbirnie, Scotland.
Performing Arts Children’s Charity
Runs performance arts classes for children and young people (6-19) with disabilities in Hampton Hill, Colchester and Eastleigh.
The Cube Disability
Offers activities for adults with learning difficulties in Northampton. There is also a dance and sport school for children with Special Educational Needs (The Cube Disability Kids Dance).
